A coffee and rum flavoured French Génoise sponge layered with a chocolate ganache and coffee flavoured butter cream finished with a dark chocolate glaze, hand crafted dark and white marble chocolate tiles and twirls, macarons and a message of your choice. (This cake can be adapted to your taste so the coffee butter cream can be replaced with a chocolate or raspberry one or even a lemon mousse, please specify when you are in the checkout point).
